Hua Hin

Hua Hin is the oldest beach resort in Thailand, lying 200 km south of Bangkok. Since the 1920s it has traditionally been the beach destination for Bangkok's elite, renowned for world class golf and spa resorts. Until recently, the property market was dominated by local demand. Since 2000 however, the resort has seen a sharp increase in interest from both overseas investors and retirees from the major Thai cities.

Hua Hin was originally a small fishing village. To this day, the Thai Royal Family continue to holiday at the Summer Palace. Despite its expansive growth and development, Hua Hin has remained a peaceful and relaxed sanctuary. The beach stretches for over 4 kilometers, is rarely overcrowded and offers clean white sand and crystal blue waters. Hua Hin also boasts 7 international class golf courses all within a few kilometers of the city centre.

Climate 

Average annual temperatures range between 25-29 ºC (77-85 ºF). The hot season lasts from March-June, the rainy season from July-Oct with cooler temperatures in the months from November to February.
